At the risk of sounding like Home Depot, it's true. Our diverse staff of trainers can help you reach your goals. We can work on flexibility and mobility, Olympic Weightlifting technique, set you up with a strength building program or work on specific gymnastics skills. 

What Does Personal Training Consist Of? 

When we say personal training, most people think of a buff trainer counting their reps at Planet Fitness. If that's what you want, sure. We can count to 10 pretty well! However, personal training is  lot more than that. In your first session we will sit down and make sure we have at least one GOAL. From that goal, we will evaluate where you are currently. If you want to improve, you've got to have a baseline! Then we will develop an action plan and work with you on that as long and as often as you want to.

For some people, this may mean meeting with your training for sessions one or two times a week. For others, this may mean a written plan that you carry out on your own, with follow up sessions as needed. 

Personal training is for clients working with our coaches consistently. We do not offer short term or single session options for non-members.


Every plan is individually developed and we are always here for you!
